What you'll do

• Lead operating-model diagnostics, organizational design, span-of-control analysis, and decision-rights mapping
• assess shared services, outsourcing, and offshoring options and develop execution plans
• design SG&A optimization and shared-services or COE structures
• build cost-to-serve models
• support carve-out and integration design
• develop methodology and delivery materials
• partner with CEOs and CHROs on change management
• support 100-day value-creation planning
• represent operating-model expertise in sponsor-facing business development.
