Hospice Aide (CNA)

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, repositioning, mobility, and skin integrity care
• provide light housekeeping and respite support
• observe and report changes to the RN or case manager
• assist with vital signs and basic care as directed
• document care
• communicate with patients, families, and team members
• maintain confidentiality.
