What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day site operations from mobilization through handover
• manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
• maintain safe, organized, productive job sites
• deliver projects on schedule and to quality standards
• resolve issues
• coordinate with Project Managers on schedule and budget
• build relationships with clients, landlords, vendors, and project partners
• conduct meetings, inspections, and quality checks
• ensure safety compliance
• support project closeout and client handover.
