Network Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets
• install and recover patch cables and power leads
• install, remove, or swap equipment
• identify network circuits and switch ports
• troubleshoot network and telecommunications equipment
• perform IMAC activities for end-user LAN and voice devices
• follow change-management, safety, security, and business-continuity procedures
• and collaborate with teams to restore services.
