What you'll do

• Develop new business
• grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• re-engage former customers
• manage a sales pipeline and work toward sales targets
• maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries
• oversee sales from lead generation through contract closure and renewal
• negotiate pricing and terms as appropriate
• maintain CRM records and prepare reports and forecasts
• collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams
• and travel as needed for customer and industry events.
