The Senior Debt Counselor / Collection Representative role is hybrid in Buffalo, NY, with three onsite days per week and two remote days. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour. The role exists to manage and collect delinquent business and consumer accounts, including student loan collections, through compliant, customer-focused resolution. It provides account services, resolves complex issues, maintains accurate records, and works toward client and company goals while following quality and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage and collect delinquent accounts
• provide financial, clerical, and administrative services supporting timely and accurate repayment
• address collection and accounts receivable issues
• review financial documents to support resolutions
• resolve complex issues
• assist with locating and contacting consumers and businesses
• meet assigned goals and productivity metrics
• maintain and update account records
• follow the company’s quality management system, code of conduct, and compliance program.
