What you'll do

• Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence and protect facility information.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members.
