What you'll do

• Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
• assemble bid packages
• develop bidder lists and invitations to bid
• prepare preconstruction schedules and general conditions estimates
• review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• assess cost and schedule risks
• coordinate with project teams and trade partners
• support value management and post-bid analysis.
