The role exists to maintain accurate financial records and provide reliable accounting information for company decisions and operations. It handles financial reporting, bank reconciliations, budget support, payroll, and coordination with other departments to support the company’s financial health.

What you'll do

• Maintain financial records, including backup accounts payable support
• prepare and review financial statements and reports
• assist with budgets and forecasts
• maintain bank activity files, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies
• support compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• collaborate with departments on financial operations
• process weekly payroll and respond to timekeeping inquiries from field personnel.
