The Infection Prevention & Clinical Education Leader (RN) — Days role is an onsite, full-time position in Odessa, WA, with flexible scheduling available for 32 or more hours weekly and occasional floor shifts as an RN. What you'll do

  • Implement the hospital’s infection prevention plan
  • conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop risk-reduction strategies
  • support infection surveillance, outbreak management, and pathogen containment
  • ensure required disease reporting
  • communicate with leaders and providers about prevention and safety issues
  • educate clinical staff on skills, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • develop and implement a monthly education program
  • work occasional clinical floor shifts as needed.
