What you'll do

• Process customer payments
• maintain receivables records
• prepare monthly statements
• respond to customer requests and calls about invoices and balances
• make bank deposits
• set up and maintain customer records in Sage 100/MAS
• research discrepancies
• monitor delinquent invoices and conduct collection follow-up
• document collection activity
• coordinate with sales, project managers, service personnel, and other departments
• maintain confidentiality.
