What you'll do

• Support accounting and financial reporting
• manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt and general ledger coding through W-9 and banking documentation
• manage daily payment requests and weekly payment runs in Bill.com
• administer synchronization between Bill.com and Sage Intacct
• respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
• support month-end close by reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing accruals.
