What you'll do

• Map workflows and document process maps, use cases, and requirements

• manage and evaluate technology requests
• prepare analytical reports and maintain request traceability
• connect business users, technical teams, and vendors
• report demand and portfolio trends
• maintain analysis practices and governance documentation
• support requirements validation and user acceptance testing.
