Patient Access Representative, Registration and Admissions

The Patient Access Representative role is onsite in Mansfield, TX. Pay is $17.50–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Register and check in patients
• explain and collect consents and financial responsibility forms, copayments, and deductibles
• verify insurance coverage and documentation
• obtain prior authorizations
• schedule appointments and provide within-scope pre- and post-exam guidance
• send reminders and recall letters
• maintain and audit medical records
• manage calls, emails, and faxes
• direct non-clinical inquiries
• comply with HIPAA, EMTALA, and Joint Commission standards.
