Community Outreach and Marketing Intern

The Community Outreach and Marketing Intern role is based at the Fremont, CA office and serves the Tri-City Area and South Alameda County. It is an unpaid, part-time internship with flexible hours, 12–15 hours per week, for one semester or quarter. Right at Home of Fremont provides in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. The intern learns marketing, relationship-building, and community engagement while supporting outreach projects. The work helps the organization connect with community partners and share its services with families and referral sources.

What you'll do

• Engage with senior centers, healthcare providers, and local senior organizations
• participate in marketing initiatives, events, and presentations
• create and distribute flyers, social media content, and newsletters
• maintain outreach and referral records
• network and communicate professionally at community events and meetings
• check in weekly with an internship advisor or mentor.
