What you'll do

• Oversee planning, implementation, assessment, and reflection for the program
• coach and mentor teaching staff
• observe classroom practice and provide feedback
• maintain licensing, health, safety, and quality standards
• manage staff performance and schedules
• support family and community partnerships
• coordinate enrollment, attendance, purchasing, and staffing
• participate in ratio approximately 33% of the time.
