What you'll do

• Welcome guests with dignity and respect
• assist with laundry, showers, meals, computer and telephone access, and other resources
• engage guests about their needs and goals
• use conflict resolution and de-escalation
• support group activities and volunteers
• organize donated items and supplies
• respond to urgent issues
• conduct security checks
• report safety and maintenance concerns
• attend meetings and training.
