What you'll do

• Support, train, and guide staff
• assist with individual and group clinical supervision, including supervision toward licensure
• audit charts and documentation
• maintain a small client caseload
• complete intakes, BPS assessments, treatment plans, and reviews
• assist with behavioral interventions, crisis needs, and referrals
• communicate with probation/parole officers and care teams
• support meetings and SUD groups
• maintain compliance with program and regulatory requirements
• provide after-hours clinical support as needed.

Why this role
