Resident Services Coordinator

What you'll do

• Welcome residents and explain available services
• build cooperative relationships with local service agencies

• maintain a resource directory
• work with property management on eviction-risk situations and resident conflicts
• track program targets and report outcomes
• help facilitate resident associations and events
• communicate accessibly with residents, including those with limited English proficiency or visual and cognitive impairments.
