The Senior Project Manager, NASA Design-Build Facility role is full-time onsite in Huntsville, AL, with base compensation of $125,000–$144,500 per year. The project manager owns project financial performance, schedule, safety, and the NASA relationship from preconstruction through turnover. The role coordinates design and construction, manages project risks and documentation, and leads the team toward timely completion, budgeted margin, strong performance evaluations, and facility certification.

What you'll do

• Own project P&L, schedule, and NASA relationship
• lead design coordination and preconstruction
• forecast margin and manage the project budget
• issue monthly CPM schedule updates
• oversee jobsite safety and federal/MSFC requirements
• manage submittals, RFIs, and pay applications
• build and lead the project team
• oversee commissioning, closeout, and LEED or Green Globes certification.
