Resident Services Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary resident services teams across three housing sites
• oversee case management, resident programming, and housing stability initiatives
• guide staff on crisis intervention, behavioral health challenges, and complex resident needs
• develop and implement programs rooted in Housing First, Harm Reduction, and trauma-informed care
• collaborate with housing operations and community partners
• manage program budgets, reporting, quality assurance, and contract compliance
• foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
