Market Clinical Director

Directly supervise, performance manage, and train Clinical Directors within the assigned market. Accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Allocate time to leadership responsibilities, including Clinical Director performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy and culture.
