What you'll do

• Maintain clinical expertise in family practice
• monitor clinician performance and develop improvement strategies
• review and develop policies, workflows, and EHR templates
• oversee referrals
• collaborate with the CMO
• and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide comprehensive family practice care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referrals, preventive services, patient education, timely results review, and accurate records.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of recent outpatient primary care experience and leadership experience.
