• Partner with owners and division managers on workforce planning, organizational structure, performance, and culture
• ensure employment-law compliance and maintain policies
• oversee investigations and employee relations
• lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• build training and leadership development programs
• support engagement, recognition, and retention
• manage performance reviews, compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, HR reporting, and vendor relationships.
