What you'll do

• Prepare large quantities of food according to the facility's operational menu plan and population requirements
• maintain production records
• direct, train, and inspect work performed by detainee food service staff
• conduct orientation and training for staff employees
• schedule preparation and ensure food and supply quality
• place assigned orders, check deliveries, and take inventory
• and maintain sanitation and safety practices.
