What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and assigned sales and operations roles
• source, screen, and schedule candidates through the applicant tracking system
• build pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition programs, community partnerships, and proactive sourcing
• coordinate interviews and feedback
• extend offers within approved parameters
• maintain accurate candidate and requisition records
• and hand off hires to onboarding.
