What you'll do

• Design and launch the athletics program and league model
• coordinate calendars, seasons, practices, games, and events
• develop curricula and coaching guides
• manage registration and records
• oversee game-day operations and safety standards
• recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate coaches and referees
• collaborate with Club teams and community partners
• track participation and outcomes
• manage program budgets, equipment, and vendors
• engage families and support promotion.
