Junior Accountant

What you'll do

• Process bills, check requests, checks, ACH payments, vendor setup, rental payments, and benefit invoices.
• Manage company credit card processing and expense reimbursements, obtain supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with travel and expense policies.
• Handle bank reconciliations, organize cash receipts, process credit and membership refunds, train as backup with a staff accountant, and assist with annual audit documentation and reports.
