What you'll do

• Create, review, edit, and maintain agency website content, announcements, newsletters, guidance documents, SOPs, and other communications. Proofread and format documents, reports, manuals, presentations, and correspondence
• work with subject matter experts and program staff to make complex information clear
• ensure materials follow agency standards and policies
• maintain version control and organized documentation
• recommend improvements to documentation processes and templates.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or applicable substitute experience, and one to six years of relevant professional experience. Government or public-sector experience, plain-language knowledge, web accessibility standards, and records-management familiarity are preferred.
