What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic food production equipment
• diagnose malfunctions using schematics, manuals, and testing instruments
• install components
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document it in the CMMS
• follow safety procedures and food safety standards
• complete work orders
• communicate with production supervisors and operators
• assist with basic equipment-operation and cleaning training.
