What you'll do

• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to production standards
• stock and replenish deli and cold products
• store food using HACCP wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
• clean and sanitize counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors
• slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables using knives or slicing equipment
• coordinate with coworkers to follow service, inventory, and cash control procedures
• maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
