Production Prep Cook — No Nights or Weekends

The Production Prep Cook role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $17–$19 per hour. Nutrition One’s production kitchen prepares school breakfasts and lunches for Arizona students, including students who rely on the National School Lunch Program. The cook prepares hot and cold menu items in a high-volume kitchen so meals are portioned safely and ready for school service. The role supports daily production targets by following standardized recipes, USDA meal-pattern guidelines, and food-safety and sanitation procedures.

What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items using standardized recipes
• portion meals to USDA meal-pattern guidelines, including allergy-sensitive meals
• keep production lines moving to meet daily meal targets
• follow HACCP food-safety and sanitation standards
• clean and sanitize workstations, dishes, utensils, and equipment
• work with kitchen leads and teammates
• help with on-site school meal service when needed.
