What you'll do

• Provide direct care under licensed nurses’ supervision, including taking vital signs and assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• help with feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• report and document changes in residents’ condition
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• participate in team meetings and care planning
• build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
