What you'll do

• Perform unit make-readies and intermediate repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and painting
• assist with grounds and janitorial upkeep, snow preparation and removal, and pool water management if applicable
• participate in move-in/out inspections, preventive maintenance, and inventory management
• respond to periodic after-hours emergency maintenance requests as assigned.
