Implementation Manager — Remote

What you'll do

• Prepare merchant statements of work and integration materials
• define go-live timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• serve as the merchant’s technical point of contact
• manage deadlines and escalations
• coordinate with product and engineering teams
• build internal and merchant-facing user acceptance testing matrices
• monitor launch readiness and payment flows
• and provide post-launch support for three weeks before account handoff.
