What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to standards and care plans
• monitor resident conditions, document observations, and report changes
• administer ordered medications and treatments within scope
• assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and assessments
• coordinate with care teams and families
• maintain accurate nursing notes and a safe, respectful environment.
