What you'll do

• Inspect the property perimeter, hallways, and stairwells
• monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious activity
• respond to disturbances and emergencies
• coordinate resident moves
• operate elevator controls for visitors
• greet residents and guests
• answer phones
• maintain lobby, elevator, and package-room appearance
• assist with packages
• document incidents and complete activity reports and pass-on logs
• follow HOA rules and emergency procedures.
