What you'll do

• Manage U.S. warranty claims from intake through resolution
• investigate field failures
• analyze warranty data and trends
• drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• visit customer sites and troubleshoot LED fixtures, drivers, and controls
• provide technical support
• track quality metrics
• collaborate with global quality, engineering, product teams, contractors, distributors, and end users.
