What you'll do

• Greet customers
• review the menu and take table orders
• submit tickets to the cook station and deliver food promptly
• process payments and close tickets
• complete position checklists and prepare the unit for the next shift
• clean and stock assigned areas
• report safety concerns and customer complaints
• follow food-handling, cash-security, and restaurant policies
• help control food waste and portions.
