What you'll do

• Implement cleaning protocols and inspect rooms, suites, and public areas
• participate in cleaning as needed
• coordinate equipment maintenance with Engineering
• onboard and train staff
• resolve cleanliness and maintenance issues
• manage supplies and linens
• coordinate schedules with other departments
• ensure timely room completion
• uphold health and safety procedures
• address guest concerns and monitor feedback
• assist with recruitment, staff development, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
