Housing Manager

What you'll do

• Ensure tenant income certifications are completed for move-ins, move-outs, and annual requirements
• prepare interim certification work
• coordinate referrals and waiting lists and assist with applicant interviews and verification
• participate in rental agreements and leases
• respond to tenant needs during office hours
• maintain tenant relationships and files
• complete reports by deadlines
• ensure units meet applicable regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.

Why this role

A two-year degree in business, bookkeeping, or equivalent education/experience is required. Five years of Low Income Housing Tax Credit property management experience is strongly preferred.
