What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, eating, grooming, hygiene, mobility, communication, and toileting
• follow personalized care plans
• observe residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
• build relationships with residents and families
• participate in activities, wellness programs, dining experiences, and events
• document services provided or declined
• administer medication only where licensed.
