The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Clinical Services role is onsite in Oceanside, CA, with pay of $30 per hour. The posting describes a consistent daytime schedule of approximately 6–7 hours per day, with shifts around 7:45 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 8:15 a.m.–3:30 p.m., based on program and student needs. TERI’s stated mission is to empower individuals with special needs and foster an integrated community. Working under BCBA direction, the RBT provides direct behavioral support to students, implements individualized behavior and skill programs, and records progress data. The role contributes to student communication, social, functional, and independence skills through coordinated work with educators and the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA and behavioral support to students in an NPA setting under BCBA supervision
• implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, behavior-reduction strategies, and skill-acquisition programs
• collect and maintain behavioral and skill data
• support communication, social, behavioral, functional, and independence skills
• collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
• use approved behavioral support and crisis intervention strategies when required
• participate in supervision, training, meetings, and documentation.
