What you'll do

• Provide personal care according to individualized care plans
• complete CNA duties and timely documentation
• observe and report changes in patient condition
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning as appropriate
• monitor and restock supplies
• assist with patient laundry, food preparation, room cleaning after discharge, equipment cleaning, and light housekeeping
• maintain confidentiality and support quality-care activities.
