What you'll do

• Manage jobsite quality, safety, and schedule
• interpret construction documents
• schedule subcontractors, inspectors, setup, and deliveries
• lead and document foreman and safety meetings
• inspect subcontractor work
• recommend change orders
• prepare daily reports and lookahead schedules
• track field changes, RFIs, and submittals
• coordinate closeout documents and punch lists
• secure certificate of occupancy
• conduct owner walkthroughs and turnover.
