Direct Support Professional / Job Coach

What you'll do

• Provide direct and remote support based on individualized goals
• help participants develop employment, independent living, community navigation, and technology skills
• work with the MAPs Program Director on community resource maps
• document services and progress
• maintain confidentiality and safety
• communicate participant concerns
• administer medication when applicable and trained
• and attend required meetings and training.
