What you'll do

• Troubleshoot approved secure and non-secure hardware and software
• install network and telephone lines
• support messaging services, printers, and Windows workstation imaging
• assist with IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and MAC filtering
• maintain ADPE inventories and property documentation
• operate and troubleshoot video teleconferencing and audiovisual systems
• support presentations and events
• maintain equipment and network databases
• coordinate and close service desk work orders
• monitor bench stock and submit replenishment paperwork.

Why this role
