What you'll do

• Support talent-acquisition goals and systems
• coordinate job descriptions, candidate evaluation, sourcing, interviews, records, and recruiting metrics
• manage a heavy requisition load and communicate with stakeholders
• build talent pipelines through outreach, events, and partnerships
• develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers
• support onboarding and compliance documentation
• recruit for and assist with the summer internship program, including travel to regional colleges and universities
• contribute to employee-relations and site-culture initiatives.
