Registered Behavior Technician — Center-Based

The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite at a clinic in NW Washington, DC, in the Palisades/Georgetown area. Pay is $27–$32 per hour for direct clinical hours. The role supports Bright Day Pediatric Therapies’ center-based ABA services for children and families. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance, using evidence-based strategies to support children’s communication, regulation, participation, social engagement, and independence. The role contributes to consistent, play-based therapy and accurate same-day session documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in individual and small-group settings
• implement individualized BCBA treatment plans
• use prompting, reinforcement, shaping, and structured skill-acquisition programs
• collect session data and complete same-day documentation
• collaborate with BCBAs and teammates
• support clinic tasks during schedule gaps as assigned
• maintain accurate time records.
