What you'll do

• Proactively source candidates and build pipelines for production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles
• represent Saelens at job fairs, trade shows, schools, community events, and networking functions
• build relationships with technical colleges, workforce organizations, community partners, and prospective candidates
• recruit potential candidates who may not be actively seeking a change
• travel between locations and attend recruiting events, some of which may be outside standard business hours.
